Paul E. Kiel

Paul E. Kiel has practiced law in New Jersey for over 40 years, having been admitted to the Bars of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey in 1983.  In that same year, he was also admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and that of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Paul has extensive experience in insurance defense and personal injury litigation.  His areas of concentration have included insurance coverage analysis, motion practice and appellate practice.  Appeals that he has participated in include Johnson v. Roselle EZ Quick, LLC, 224 N.J. 370 (2016); Ellis v. Hilton United Methodist Church, 455 N.J. Super. 33 (App. Div. 2018); White v. Howard, 240 N.J. Super. 427 (App. Div.1990); Kordell v. Allstate Ins. Co., 230 N.J. Super. 505 (App. Div. 1989).
